i'm going to go against the grain and say Cleverly will outpoint Kessler, he is not a natural light heavyweight, and is on the slide, good choice of opponent imo.

Pavlik... eugh. Oh well at least it will be fan friendly and froch will be the first man to stop him

I actually think Kessler and Pavlik should have fought in last chance saloon. Have Froch/Cleverly first if thats what the aim is down the road.

Small matter of different weight classes might make the winners facing a problem? Froch as said it would be easier for him to move down than up.

Cleverly doesn't outpoint Kessler, I don't care if Kessler is on the slide. No disrespect to Bellew, who is a good fighter, but Kessler is a level up IMO and Cleverly/Bellew could have gone either way.

Kessler stops Cleverly after a beatdown.

Can't see ****** making any big fights with Cleverly in mind in the next few years. He'll cash out on Cleverly eventually but not before he puts him against European level fighters and past it gatekeepers.

So you two know of something else then?

Anyways if both fights are to happen, I could see Cleverly beating Kessler. Mikkel's been declining for a while IMO and it could be smart matchmaking by Frank. Froch-Pavlik is one I'd love to see and a good name for Carl's record

kessler would smash cleverley, bellew almost did with hardly any experience so i imagine kessler would ko him late, round 10 or 11.

Kessler very rarely 'smashes' anyone. Plus Cleverly has a good chin and his stamina levels give him a big advantage over someone aging like Mikkel. A prime Kessler would have no troubles with Cleverly but he's a long way away from that level nowadays.

How on Earth do you have Kessler in the last chance saloon?
