    At the moment Britain has 3 world champions, several former champions, several more elite level fighters and many in the top 10 of their division.

    This isn't the greatest era for British boxing either.

    Cotto and Tyson don't belong alongside Manny and Floyd. Lewis has a greater legacy that Tyson and Cotto. Calzaghe can claim to have a greater legacy than Cotto also. That is just two recent names.

    Manny and Floyd are special talents. Floyd for instance is the product of kid bred for boxing, an uncle and father who achieved at a professional level, coaching a kid from the age of 4 in how to fight.

    Not talking about legends, Just big in general. Brits have some good ones but too far in between imo. I dont really consider Joe to be all that specail. He waited to long to fight the big names who were almost completely done.

    See, judges can buy you a happiness. Just do not complain about judging at the next World or Olympics.

    Joe still did incredibly well to build up such a long and consistent run, even if the likes of Hopkins and Jones came in too late. Still beat very good guys like Kessler and Mitchell. If we term big, as in well known, the guy filled out Millenium Stadium for his fight with Kessler. Look at Hatton. Not a great fighter by any stretch but he brought along thousand to Vegas for the Pacquiao and Mayweather fights.

    :lol::lol::lol::lol:

    Calzaghe was one of their few legit fighter in recent years and the Brits **** all over him. Calzaghe could fight. But they would rather support Glass Jawed Frauds like Khan, Haye, and Hatton instead. I will never understand it.

    Bash a guy who is the greatest Super Middleweight of all time and Lineal Light Heavyweight Champion who was willing to travel to fight but support Khan who is a total coddled fraud and Haye who is boring as hell and all mouth.

    Calzaghe and Froch are LEGIT fighters and they would rather talk about Khan, Haye, and Hatton. :lol::rofl:patsch

    Jack your fighters are ****. Sorry. That is just the way it is. How many 'World Champions' would you have had in recent time if you take away the WBO?

    Answer.....Not many......

    I dont buy into the Lewis legacy. This is a guy who got ko'd by two men who shouldnt even been in the ring with a guy like Lewis. Sure he got revenge, but the loses should never had came. greats dont lose to guys like that.

    Question, what is Lewis greatest victory?

    Joe did well for himself. He exposed the unbeaten Lacy when he was kicking ass. It was a good win back than. The Kessler win was his best win I think of Joe. The guy was dam good.
