i honestly think he is one of britains most skilled boxers...then you add his heart power and great work ethic outside the ring i think weve got another world champion on our hands. add to that hes grounded and down to earth, whats your opinions on the lad?

Thanks but I have a lot of IF's to turn into DO's...

Make no mistake though if I don't achieve what I hope to in this game then it won't be for the want of not trying or lack of dedication.. ;)

I think the Cleverley fight turned alot of peoples views on him. I can remember watchin a vt they did before the Ajisafe fight and thought this bloke loves himself and is overhyped ko artist. I still think he got a bit of a gift in the first fight against ovil however he showed alot in the second fight to show he could fight to a plan which is probably one of the most important tools a boxer needs. Then in the build up to the Clev fight he showed he was a good bloke who just wanted a fight and didnt care who they put infront of him. He showed alot of qualities in clev fight and i still think he knicked the fight. From that fight to now he showed he is a humble bloke, doing it for his family and who loves boxing. Im definetly a convert and will be amazed if he aint a world champ in next 18months tops.

Thank you, fair assessment.. If I can fight on a regular basis I'm sure I can force myself into a mandatory position soon enough:good

I reckon us Brits are a little pessimistic when it comes to our own fighters (rightfully so most of the time), however the Cleverly Bellew fight was as good as ive seen from any light heavys around at the moment.

Stick Hopkins, Pascal, Dawson etc in with either Bellew or Clev and I make it 50/50 give or take, thats when our boys are on the way up, they aint even peaked yet.

Lets not forget what Clev did to Murat. Murat has a win and a draw over Campillo who everyone is shitting theyre pants over now so ive no doubt over the levels of our 2.

Both guys are world class they just need the opportunity to prove it. Bellew will smash Miranda.

I don't know how you can say that mate. I think he rid his luck a bit but a gift to me means a decision that he shouldn't have got. In the 1st Ovill fight he came off the floor twice to KO him. I thought he was done at the 2nd KD but showed amazing recovery skills to come back from it and get the KO.

I honestly couldn't see Bellew or Cleverly beating Hopkins or Dawson at this stage. Pascal has a bad work rate and tires which could definitely be exploited by guys with tireless engines like Clev and Tony.

Miranda is a good step up for Tony. It's good to see British boxers looking outside the domestic scene. Is it televised?

    Great talent.
i just think he needs to work on his defense a little more, simply because on the highest level thats what makes the difference- hit and not get hit.

the light heavyweight division is packed, just no superstars. he can become champ but probably not without a fight.

    peace out
