    very impressed. Defintiely a robbery, I had it 10-5 for Marcel.

    I think his resume isn't too bad at the weight neither: Arguello, Shibata, A Gomez (x2), Marcano (x2), Caraballo.

    he makes my top 15 list anyways.

    Him not being able to KO the glass jawed Kuniaki despite landing plenty is a bit of a worry for his power though

    it is but I think he achieved greatness in the division as well as beat great fighters.

    I hope Flea don't kill me for this but i do think Marquez would beat him at 126 :good

    Marquez is too slow, too predictable.He'd be hard pressed to beat Shibata, though i think he probably would more often than not.

    I really rate Marquez though, I'm not sure there's a better combo puncher in the division nor anyone who can time a shot as well. His chin will hold up to most and his power will keep most honest.

    His timing drops considerably against fighters with skilled footwork.Chris John would have beaten the **** out of him with a solid offence, as opposed to getting a slight gift with his non-existent one.

    I will admit, a sore point for me.

    I went to the fight, with a few friends who were 'fans' but not 'hardcore fans'. Yes, I figuratively had my trousers around my ankles talking up G-Man, and I had a big bet (for me) on McClellan, while my friends 'naively' were cheering on Benn, the fools...

    After the fight, I was fuming! McClellan had quit, he was a dog, no way should of lost, he had made me look stupid in front of my friends.

    It was not until the morning, that I had found out what had happened...

    But I will say, like Eubank/WatsonII, which I also went to, I have never watched the fight again.

    Cotto vs Margarito 1 had everything.

    First fight I stayed up till 5am to watch, and I was blown away.

    Take all circumstances out of the equation. Judge it purely as a fight, and it was fantastic.

    Matt Franklin vs. Marvin Johnson I

    In Philadelphia, for the NABF Light-Heavyweight Championship.

    Just a brutal slug-fest. Marvin took a frightful beating in Round 10, and his
    corner wanted to stop the fight. But he said no, and wanted to go out
    on his shield.

    Matthew fought a great fight, and hit Marvin with punches that would have
    knocked over the Liberty Bell. Marvin just would not cave in.

    Marvin was battered in Round 11, fighting on heart alone. The greatest show
    of bravery in the ring I have ever seen.
