    Asap is more innovative, than he is lyrical. Meek makes great music, but he is also more of a lyrical beast than Asap will ever be.

    Post below explains what I mean, a boxing comparison was brought in to show why the comparison between Meek and asap was made.

    by the sounds of things I should give Meek more of a chance, only really discovered him by accident a week or so ago and even then it took this thread to make me aware of who it is, work and family puts music on the backfoot.

    he is not that great he is pretty popular and I expect him to become even more popular once his album drops. He make "hood music" but he can make real cross over songs like this...

    decent tune and a career like TI would be sweet.

    Speaking of TI looking forward to his album? last time he did this much work produced Paper Trial which imo was one of the best albums of the past five years
