I dont think Wlads chin as bad as it is labeled but to be honest this was a fair and square stoppage

to Wlads credit he did rise from the final knockdown

After watching all Wlad's knockdowns again I feel its less the case that he has a really bad glass jaw and more that he doesn't have the warrior mentality and tends to flop to the ground quite easily or get shaken up and lose his bearings and go into panic mode. He's taken some big shots and gotten back up but hes also gone down from less powerful punches.

It was fair, he made mistakes, he was unlucky. (I didn't claim the opposite)
He doesn't have an iron chin, but he is not glass jawed either.
    It's average.

I just re-watched it and it wasn't that hard of a punch. A decent punch, yes. But what does that prove? Its one time.

Steve Panell was a fat light heavyweight and had 5 days notice

Basically you could pull a guy outta the back of a taxi , put him in there and he could get wlad to crawl yet again

is it this fight that when the fight is being stopped one of the corner men runs in and falls down doing a forward roll in the ring

can someone with time on their hands please find a link to that if it is, the comedy value of that on top of vlad falling down like he's been hit with crane never fails to make me laugh hysterically :rofl

I was just asking for this comment to be backed up:

Perhaps "like who?" or "no he didn't" would have been a better way of putting it. As its clearly not true.

Let's just make **** up to make our points eh? (lunatic TKO6 thread being the exception of course)

I'm not denying Sanders can crack. Just the fact that as time has passed his power is conmented to be something god-like by some more lunatic Wlad fans.

Legitimate knock-down imo, Wlad's chin isn't the best, he has done well to shore up his defence and style to have a good run since.

Getting hit is an exhausting experience in itself, it will wear you down. So while I agree with you, Wlad still has a very fragile chin.

What are your excuses for the Brewster and Purritty fights?
