HOF coach Emanuel Steward sure thinks so:

"Next to Sonny Liston and Mike Tyson, Vitali is one of the most intimidating guys that I've ever saw in the ring"

Everyone who posts on esb would **** themselves if they had to share a ring with him for three minutes. I doubt most people would duck out during the ring walk

I think for pro fighters its more about worrying about his size and how they won't be able to get to him

Are we talking about the guy that was bitchslapped by Chisora?

    Hes not even close.

Tyson or Liston would have killed Chisora if he pulled that stunt with them.

Vitaly just stood there and did nothing.

    Enough said.

If your married, sharing a room with Floyd would be the most intimidating boxer. You don't know if he'll start beating your wife while you get a drink :hat

    Stacy McKinley:
“Vitali Klitschko is probably the best thinking fighter heavyweight since Muhammad Ali. He’s a very smart, intelligent fighter. Very smart,” said McKinley last week in an interview we did in New York City. “He can box, he can throw punches from all angles. He can move. He can take a punch. He’s tall. He’s busy. He’s very hard to hit. Good thinker. Oh, he’s a helluva thinker.”
He’s probably the smartest heavyweight I’ve seen in the ring since Muhammad Ali. And I’ve seen a lot of good fighters. Larry Holmes and all them were good fighters but they weren’t good thinkers. This guy Vitali is a great thinker. It seems like he knows what you’re gonna do before you start to do it. So he’s very, very, very cagey. I don’t think nobody can beat him.”
