So how did we do?

 

Well, it was a nice run..

 

I thought the Diaz-Campbell fight was going to be close, but just for Diaz. I don't feel bad about that pick at all, or about him.

I have only seen Haye fight once. I underestimated his power.

Peter could have waited 2 rounds to stop Maskaev to help out my score. I sent him an email asking for an 8th round stoppage....he must not have gotten it...

 

I made two picks correct but wrong round for Hayes . . . and wrong outcome for the Peter/Maskaev . . . and the Diaz/Campbell, I really didn't expect that, everything was wrong.

 

****, this was a bad weekend. At least Enzo's bad chin carried the day for me.

 

Got the ko's for peter and haye, but even I thought Diaz would beat Campbell. Should have known better betting on the guy that I was going around calling overhyped

I'm going to bump a thread i did a few weeks ago, which covered how people on the forum thought Diaz woudl match up in some hypotheticals. I don't think Diaz is hyped, just a fighter who is currently within a weak division. He still fought a close fight, and would still favour him over almost all the other lightweight fighters. More so due to a weak dvision, then his greatness though.

this week sucks because of the juan diaz fight. i'll be dropping a few places i presume

 

To be honest I would take Diaz in a rematch. I think that was the fight of a lifetime for Campbell. He outpunched Diaz for christs sake
