Right, well like I said, when doing h2h rankings I just put people in one division and rank them there.

Louis goes in my HW h2h list, Rocky goes in my CW h2h list. incidentally Tunney goes in my LHW h2h list and I only mentioned him as it was the statement of everyone sub 200.

    True dat.

I think The Rock would be a solid 220 in today's era.

What was the point of this bump? A rather useless thread. I will clarify to put this type of a conservation to rest as a well known Marciano fan and advocate (For his rankings and chances in H2H match-ups, even against some legitimate HW greats). Tyson beats Marciano 99% percent of the time. The idea that Marciano would survive and out-gut Tyson is something out of a comic book. Marciano would have to immediately push Tyson back and land shots that deal some real punishment. The chances of Marciano doing that against a stylistic Everest is incredibly slim. Tyson holds an edge in every conceivable category besides heart & stamina. Power is questionable, but Tyson is certainly the more superior, sharper puncher. Who has every won a fight solely by heart & stamina with a 30lb weight disadvantage?

Conn, Moore, Charles, Foster, Spinks, H Johnson could all beat Tunney

    Exactly, :good

The fight would resemble something like Foreman/Frazier.

Good big guy, beating up good small guy

 No he would not fight at 220 or he'd be a ball. That might be his walking around weight but he'd never get into the ring at that size.

I think he'd be similiar to Frazier probably about 205 in fighting trim.

99% surely a bit of an exaggeration no?

We've never had witness to Tyson fighting anyone who was shorter, very awkward and crouched lower than himself, let alone one with a very good chin, power, stamina and heart. Holyfield even when he was a legit Cruiser sparred with Tyson and was confident he could beat him because he said he could tell Tyson began to fold as soon as he put the pressure on. Marciano doesn't possess Holyfield's skill level but does make up for it. I do favour Mike however Marciano is one of the few boxers in history you can always depend on to always show up to his fights completely mentally and physically prepared, to never quit and to give his all.

Foreman fights nothing like Tyson :huh

Foreman vs Marciano would resemble Foreman vs Frazier.
