If Oscar De La Hoya fought Floyd's Resume. Could he also be undefeated?

    Could he?

    The opponents will be the versions that Floyd fought.

    So obviously Oscar is not going to be fighting a Prime Mosley.

    It will be more like a Close to Prime Oscar (Mayorga Fight) against a past prime Mosley.

    That's not a fair comparison. Mosley was past prime, (quite a bit too). Floyd was still close to prime.

    A close to Prime Oscar might have knocked out the version of Mosley Floyd fought.

    He'd lose at 130 due to being weight drained, he only fought there twice so no way he could fight 25fights there. You could say the same at 135, Delahoya left 135 when he was 22

    Mayweather was 35 against Cotto, a 35yo Delahoya who lost to Pacquaio probably loses to Cotto

    Mayweather that fought Cotto is considered 'semi Prime Floyd'

    so a 'semi prime Oscar' could probably still UD Cotto.

    You cannot make a comparison by saying p4p prime oscar vs 2011 Mosley

    It has to be made p4p at the stage of the career that the fight took place.


    Also, Mayweather is out of his physical prime. This is widely accepted
