I don't recall seeing anyone warm up before a fight by sparring. Most trainers don't want to risk an injury or a nasty body shot that might take away from their fighters performance. We might have to dig deep in the past to find something like this.
iv seen a lad do it at an am show in the championships. him and his gym mate nothing to heavy but still at it
