This is clear as it can be. If you have ever watched Dawson fight, you know this. This fight means nothing. Lets see Ward fight somebody in their country, now.
Lifes a hustle. Either you get it or you gon get got. Dawson let himself get in this situation so its on him.
I can actually buy the weight-drain excuse. He looks pitiful out there. Feel bad for him.. No snap at all on his punches.
Dawson did it to himself, it was foolish to voluntarily drop seven pounds to fight in a weightclass that he already outgrew. He should have foought at CW if he wanted a challenge. But I guess it was for money.
Now I dont think there's anyone that can debate it being a weightdrained situation, this was apparent from the 3rd round on, couldnt really recover. It's a shame, but still, a very good performance by Ward, just not the circumstance one would want.
It's Dawson fault, but I agree. I've seen Dawson fight enough times to be able to tell he's drained. But that still doesn't mean Ward didn't look great tonight Number 2 p4p
