    Weight drained.

I said this as soon as this fight was signed, "chad has no one looking out for him".

He cannot make the sm weight limit comfortably and that he would be listless in the fight. Which he was from about the third on.

Chad or someone in his camp should have had the foresight to see that though ward is the media darling he was about to run out of opponents at 168.

Chad didn't have to come down and do that to himself. True he had no money fights but patience is a virtue. Just ask Bernard who showed by not coming down to face most of the welters except for dlh.

Chad you did this to yourself and you only got yourself to blame.

But ESB members are absolutely clueless. Ward is a good but no where close to great fighter. He is in fact only slightly higher than FROCH due to beating him head to head.

Bookmark this post as a FROCH rematch or even a dirrel fight will reveal this.

He got outboxed , no evidence that the weight affected him. Dawson has always fought reserved. He lost to Jean Pascal, remember that?

I think he was drained but he called ward out and said he would go down. If you do that then you can't make any excuses.

I agree he was weight drained, but after the first KD, he gave up. Didn't do any of the things Scully was telling him, especially when Ward came forward. As a Chad fan, i am massively disappointed.

Chad is softer than funeral music. Not Ward's fault that Dawson has a vagina for a heart.

you starve yourself and then go up against a great fighter.

He is a different fighter at 175.

I didn't know ward was a power puncher and lesser fighter at 168 put up a better performance. Obviously ward drained him dawson did not look himself in there. This is worse then pan draining cotto to 145 .....7 pounds is huge to cut.

***** boy ward knew he woukd get destroyed at 175.

Walking in quick sand from the first round should have told you all the evidence you need.

Why was Dawson trying to use a shoulder roll against a left hooker as good as Ward? If he kept a high guard and threw combinations he wouldn't have got hit repeatably with the same punch.

Dawson was clearly drained. None the less, Ward took him to the cleaners. That was an impressive performance. Ward rarely makes any mistakes. I said from the outset that the fight should've been at 175. Either way, Ward wins, but Dawson doesn't get hurt by seemingly every punch at LHW.
