kahu mahunga did it to his dad...against the odds. it rates as one of australias biggest upsets. tony was a well liked boxer in oz. unlike his son. so there was little cheering when tony got kod.

however, when choc got kod properly by woods, the whole country rejoiced. it was a popular win against the odds. where does it stand historically as an upset in oz boxing history?

Right up there. It's the biggest upset of the last 10 years in Australian boxing.

The look on his face was priceless.

Garth Wood's KO win over Anthony Mundine was the biggest upset in an Australian bout for decades. It was also hugely popular. The media had a field day and seemed to turn on Mundine whom they had previously doted on.

The telegraph has always been an anti Mundine paper.. From teh days of Grantlee Kieza writing for it... How can u suck up Jeff Fenechs arse and support Mundine at the same time? he needed to make a choice :good

The Ottke Ko was a joke, The ref was standing over him counting and counted the full 10, it was obvious as soon as he hit the ground he was out cold and wasn't getting up, There was no regard for Chocs well being at all,

Poor Jeff it took him a long time but he finally got a win. As for the Woods KO massive upset what were the odds against him? Must of paid at least 10-1 in a 2 horse race.
