I dont think they can make the fight a no contest if the guy who was caught lost. No more than they can take the gold medal away from someone when the guy coming in second was caught for doping.
The only thing Geale can do is drop the WBA strap. Hope he doesn't but I bet he's hoping for a big offer from HBO. If that doesn't materialize then there's little reason to fight Golovkin as he's a high risk low reward kind of opponent at this point.
