Will eat my words if wrong. As soon as Mitchell lands the left hook & he hurts burns Kev will not let him off the hook. I've had £30 a round at 50-1 and covered 1-4 although the later rounds are the more realistic bet. Both are great & have conducted themselves in a fantastic manor. Goodluck to both & may the best man win
I don't see it. I got Burns wide, but he isn't stopping you unless you get very stupid or are incredibly fragile. I don't think Mitchell is either (presuming he's off the puff)
Neither do I Burns is not that type of fighter and never has been, he was not a puncher at SFW and he is showing no signs of being a puncher at LW. everybody seems to hang on to that horror night at upton park and believe Mitchell is brittle and forget he stood toe to toe and beat with John Murray in FOTY after 14 months out of the ring. Mitchell is a tough little ****er and is in spiteful mood. it should be a great fight, a mini classic. I do not dismiss Burns chances, he is a world champion, he is at home, is high on confidence and has a solid all around game. he also is a tough little ****er but I think Mitchell will be just too quick and spiteful for him. if I am wrong I am wrong and i will hold my hands up... we will see tomorrow night :hey
I think it will be similar to the Katsidis fight... Burns managed to keep him at bay... i might be wrong.. but i think burns reach and movement will seal the deal for him... kevs a bit stiff and burns is more lucid and gets off more fluently with his punches... it will be good to see if kev can make it a proper tear up and hurt burns... coz thats what he needs to do, is try and outman him and have a dog fight.... Burns has got a 2inch reach and height advantage too...
