    It seems the WBC are working overtime now and have set things along even further. Seth Mitchell vs Banks will be a WBC SEMI-FINAL-ELIM. I always assumed this would happen as soon there was a chance for a belt to become open. That a yank would grab in through politics and line up a string of other yanks competing for it while locking the rest of the World out.

    If all this somehow gets us closer to a Mitchell-Arreola fight than thats good news. I personally see Mitchell-Arreola as the best action fight in the heavyweight division and hope they meet even if its for one of the alphabet titles or not.

    basically what the WBC is trying to do now is this:

    IF Vitali is to retire then Arreola-Steiverne will be for the vacant belt.

    If Vitali sticks around and fights Haye say in March of 2013 they will have the winner of Arreloa-Steiverne fight the winner of Banks-Mitchell so they are basically guaranteed of having a Mexican or American WBC Champion provided Vitali beats Haye and retires early next year.

    You can see this coming from a mile away.

    I bet the Banks/Mitchell winner will be bumped ahead of Boystov. If Vitali retires, the winner fights the Arreola/Stiverne winner for the title.

    Banks/Mitchell is 50/50; tough to call.
