HE LOVES BOXING FANS. HE LOVES OUR SPORT.

After Manny made known his desire to fight Floyd even at lesser purse share of 45%-55%, Michael Koncz immediately spoke to journalists and clarified that Manny meant 45-55% with the winner getting the lion share of 55%. However Pacquiao reiterated his offer and iced it with mayweather having the choice of billing and drug testing up to fight night.

Is Manny somewhat naïve and played into the hands of Mayweather as far as purse split is concerned? Could he have waited and haggled some more and just let Arum /Top Rank do the nego?

This latest move of Manny can be interpreted as : he wants the fight at all costs, heck he may even fight him at no cost; he is tired of the long-drawn negotiations; he wants to take charge and be his own man; he was influenced by 50 cent…he is marketing his match with Marquez.

Is there wisdom in his offer? DISCUSS

he should have stucked with 50/50 or 55/45 to the winner. but he really just want to put the ball in floyd's court this time. floyd buckled and made some excuses about losing 15 pounds of muscles.

I think you cant really tell from interviews too much. Manny said 45-55 but never said if it was to the winner or mayweather. Still think its a good offer. I honestly dont know why Mayweather has not taken it. I think Manny is tired of all the bull**** and I think hes tired of Bob too.

Floyd probably wanted 60/40 even a year ago. Now Manny looked like **** in his last two fights and has taken a loss. I wouldn't be surprised if he wanted some ridiculous part of the share like 70/30. Fight just ain't happening.

Manny looked better against Bradley than Floyd did against Cotto.

It's funny how *****s dont want the fight to happen saying "the ship has sailed" while Pac fans still want it.

why not floyd ask for a 100/0 share to formalize his ridiculous demands? and while we are at it, demand the fight to take place at 154 with 10oz gloves + a clause that pac could not throw his left straight and right hook.

As a neutral across the pond this is really boring! Floyd is consistent and manny's on a slip. There is no way the manny that fought cotto would have even been in a close fight with bradley! For the record i had manny winning.

Manny has NO bargaining chips left. They should fight and get on with it. I dont want to watch 2 senior citizens slugging it out. They both made ridiculous amounts of money. They both the figure heads of a boxing generation. They both ATGs. Get on with it.
