wondering if my running regimine is enough

    Monday- Boxing gym training

    Tuesday - Early morning sprints

    Wednesday - Boxing gym training

Thursday - Early morning 3 mile run(going up to 4 mile)

    Friday - Early morning sprints

Saturday - Early morning 3 mile run (going up to 4 mile)

i know the distance i do is enough and the sprints i do are enough, but how often im doing them does it sound enough?

So twice a week sprints trianing, twice a week distance running?

also twice a week 2 hour boxing sessions mixed with bag work skipping sparring etc etc

    IS THIS ENOUGH RUNNING?

    cheers guys

    Its enough imho.
    What kind of sprints?
    I do 2x times a week 400,800 or 600.
    And i do FARTLEK(interval) for aerobic endurance,1 or 2 x week.Or sometimes i go for 4km run,2x week.
Remember to mix it up,dont get used to doing same things over and over.

yeah sure i do hill sprints 40 meteres sprint up jog down x 5 equals a round worth of time and thats HARD so i do 4 of them making 4 rounds of 5 sprints and 5 jogs back then, so itense man beacause its a nice size hill with a nice incline makes such a difference

how long would you say is the best amount of time to stay in the gym? i stay around 2 and a half hours to 3. Majority of the time 2 and a half hours of hard work.

ok, your running is fine in my opinion. but your only in the gym two days a week. length per session is plenty long, but I would up your total days in the gym to at least 4, hopefully 5.

Would 6 be too much doing 3 on 1 off?

Depending on your schedule you could combine the roadwork days on your boxing gym days if you going to the gym in the afternoon, do you run in the morning and you still get enough rest in between to hit it hard in the gym. At least hit the gym 3-4 times. I sometimes do roadwork after a hard gym working depending on how im feeling and if i missed a day. But base it on how your recovering.
