    "If Sergio Martinez can make 150, let’s make the fight happen. Like I said, there are no excuses," said Mayweather.

    Promoter Lou DiBella:

    "Floyd would be favored at 150. Cotto is a dead man at 154. Cotto is a half-shot. He's a great fighter, but he gets hit by everything. He incented Cotto to make a big money fight. It's very smart business. If he wants to handicap Sergio, we'll fight him as low as 150. And we'll give him 80% of the money.

    * 150 pounds, Floyd's favor.
    * 80% for Floyd.

    If This Fight does happen, Who would win @ 150?
    Martinez would get down to 150 just to get that Big Pay Day fighting Mayweather jr.

    Vote! :good

    Mayweather

    Martinez would be really low on energy and leg strength at 150 pounds. Anything below 154 would be stupid.

    If I were "those" fans, I'd say . . . Floyd fought Cotto @154 but he wants Martinez @150?

    But of course, I'm not like "them".. :conf

    I think what's realistic here is, there's a higher percentage that Cotto would fight Martinez @154 or maybe even a few pounds higher (depends on the catchweight) rather than Floyd vs Martinez at any weight.. :smoke

    I don't even want to envision seeing Martinez walking to the scales at 150. He might try to do it just to cash in. Even if Floyd were to win, he would get zero credit and rightfully so. It's got to be at least at 154 or higher to be legit.

    Floyd will win even at 154 but I don't think Floyd will take the fight!

    There's absolutely no reason for Floyd to back out of this one! If he doesn't fight Sergio or Pac in his next fight he's a massive *****!

    Floyd will win it easily. Pac will **** Sergio at 150 ala Oscar. Sergio should be careful what he wished for, he might just get it!

    I know aye, seems that they are giving the advantages to Mayweather,
    Even Pacquiao Unlimited Blood Testing & 45-55 split.

    Sad but True, if it does happen. I will feel sorry for Sergio because he will just get down to 150 just to get that Big Pay against Mayweather jr.

    At 150 Sergio will not be the same fighter. He will be slower, weaker, and will be a bit drained.

    At 150 I am taking Floyd by UD 116-112, 117-111, 118-110.

    Sergio offered to come down though just as Chad offered to come down.

    How about 151 which is where Floyd weighed in at, last time he fought at JMW?
