    Further on from this comment I tried to find out more. Would you believe the October 1st 1982 Boxing News is missing from my collection. The October 8th edition though has a letter from a fella congratulating the BBC for showing selected rounds/highlights of the fight so I didn't see the full fight, it was 30 years ago. He does say though that it was a unanimous decision in favour of Pintor who was to take on Wilfredo Gomez next time out. Couldn't find a report in the December Ring mag either but I'll keep looking.
