Calzaghe over Hopkins for me. Both excellent wins that added to their legacies immensely though.

Calzaghe over Hopkins. Hopkins still went on to school Pavlic, beat an average Ornelas, beat Pascal and an older Roy Jones.

Oscar struggled to look good againsed Forbes and got stopped by Pacman.

I say Floyd over DLH. Floyd barely squeaked out a W at a weight we now know that he is not at his best.

Hopkins was a P4P fighter when that fight happened. Oscar was a part time fighter.

Hopkins still had a solid 4 years left near the top of the sport after losing to Calzaghe.

Oscar, for his part, was already badly faded and near the end of the line. While 154 is well above Floyd's natural weight, he was still close to his prime in both age and skill.

    Calzaghe over Hopkins easily.

Calzaghe went up in weight too though - the Hopkins fight was Calzaghe's first time at light heavy

Calzaghe won his comfortably, Mayweather lost to ODLH, ODLH was badly faded, Hop was prime, Mayweather was prime, Joe was shot....not hard to work out really.

You call all that gay-ass running from a gay businessman better than beating Hopkins? :patsch

Oh, and the gay businessman beat the running boxer that night.

Calzaghe over Hopkins was a great victory, much superior to Mayweather over a faded Oscar. Hopkins pulled every dirty trick out of the book, using his head as a third arm and low-blowing Joe just out of the refs sight. Joe got dirty himself and made Hopkins his ***** by the later rounds. I've never seen Hopkins so desperate, sucking for air and begging the ref for a time-out like in that fight. A great victory for Joe Calzaghe. Joe is one of the greats; fast, durable and mean when he had to be.

Neither are their best wins, but good wins.

Hopkins went on to do good things so that fight must be worth more. Oscar was done.
