After Povetkin performance last night I'm now convinced he stops Wlad in the 8th.

Povetkin would be a fool to duck. He'd get mandatory status money. It would be the biggest pay-day of his career (probably 2-3 million at least). If Povetkin ducks now then he loses the title and whatever bargaining power that gives him.

I'd be gutted if Povetkin ducks again. This would be another good legacy fight for Wlad, and from a styles point of view not a particularly difficult fight. Wlad would hammer Povetkin.

 

Povetkin knows he would be in the ring for a very hard beating from Wlad.
