This was actually a really good "bump". Talk about a thread that completely blew up like a Nagasaki......Did the TS ever show up after this bump? Of all the *****s, both Reppin and Neckbreck rank near the top in terms of being quality posters who post on many non-Floyd topics.

However, on this subject, they overplayed Floyd's hand and seriously underplayed Pac's, and this has resulted in some serious embarrassment regarding their skills and aptitudes in the area of jurisprudential analysis.:yep

 

The problem with the entire situation was the fact Floyd spread baseless accusations without having the intentions of PROVING it.

It's a tough situation for the ACCUSER simply because the burden of proof is on him......and with such damaging accusations like the one Floyd put on blast...the impact can't be undone.

It's the kind of thing where even though the accusations have been retracted from the source the damage has already been done.

Some people still believe PAC is a cheat based on nothing more than a "rumor" or a trumped up lie that Floyd started because he didn't want to fight.

Some say..."TAKE THE TEST" and "PROVE YOUR INNOCENT".....:verysad Unfortunately, it's not that easy....there's NO test that is out there that will 100% prove PAC is clean....or dirty.

It's just like the people who support Floyd who say "He's Clean because he takes his extra tests"...:-( Nope....It only proves he's not testing dirty during his training camps.

On the positive side.....attention has been placed on the outdated testing measures of the sport....and already the commissions have improved their testing protocol and looking at ways to make them even better.

Floyd can be credited for that. Funny thing is.....he didn't have to use PAC's name in order to launch this movement....and it wouldn't have cost him a grip to do so if his intentions were different.

 

Man....you hit it on the head... I tried telling the Floyd fans who were bumpin' gums about Floyd beating this **** that there's no way in hell that IF it went to court that Floyd would be getting off.....Well it didn't go to court but he still had to suffer the consequences of his words. Life lessons can sometimes be expensive.

The funny part was that *****s thought that it would take YEARS and a lot of money and time for this case. Well, it did take years and the ending was rather swift than drawn out.

 

any time a case can go to the jury, you cut your losses right there and settle out of court.

Worst case scenario is your defendant going to the jury.
