**** off asswipe - PBF had his hands full with Judah 5 years after Kostya destroyed him, and only months after Baldomir nailed him - how can you ***s count that as a good win for PBF?

No doubt you rate the Mitchell win as brilliant too :rofl

Your point??? You see in is the problem with Hatton fans you use only parts of a story to make your whole story. If im not mistaken Floyd is the ring/lineal 147 pound champ, as well as holding a belt at 154. He isnt the one that is calling out Hatton, its Hatton that claims to want to fight Floyd. What ever happened to the days went a fighter call someone out then moved to that weight?? These days Euro-fighters call someone out then expect them to move up or down to thier weight. Not that it is that big of a deal, i think that Floyd makes the weight easy, its just to me shows that Hatton isnt going to make making this fight easy.

Mayweather could make the weight and I think he will fight the fight at this weight. He will still beat Hatton, whatever weight they fight at. Too defensive, too skilled, too quick. Hatton can brawl but not much else.

Good point on the "legacy" of Floyd too, may play a part in deciding to fight lighter.

And when Fwoyd called DLH out at 154 and got the fight? All we got was :| :| :| :| :| "DLH is demanding this fight be at 154, no fair :| :| :| "

Hatton and Floyd weigh about the same come fight night as it is so no-one will have to shift weight they can both come in as they usually do, the difference is that Hatton dehydrates himself to make 140 then rehydrates himself over night, whereas Floyd just comes in at his natural weight.

that second article with direct quotes from ray hatton says hatton will fight him anywhere, and at 147, but he will weigh in at his 140 fighting weight and not try and bulk up. why is everyone saying hatton is demanding anything, the balls in pbf's court.

but people prefer to listen to misquotes or that bigtime muppet than the hattons themselves.

He knows his little arms are too short to go up to 147. He'd probably lose to Mayweather at 147, but not at 140.

Floyd, having months to gain weight for the Delahoya fight could only get up to 150 for the fight. I bet he's walkin around at no more than 145 right now. He could surely make 140 easy--but I"m sure he knows Hatton will be too much at 140, and wisely should only fight at 147.

Hatton has said the fight can be at 147 in America. Plus they have made Floyd an offer. Floyd has to counter or he is ducking Hatton. He'll only get let off if he faces Mosley.

It doesn't sound as if Hatton HAS demanded a Mayweaether fight to be at 140, but as that's his weight he's quite entitled to. After all, it was Mayweather who called Hatton out following Hatton's post Castillo comments. I suspect, however, the next Hatton fight will be against Paulie though
