I like David Price, but I can't help feeling...

...He is hiding a china chin and will get embarrassingly KO'd by a live puncher. I think he'll go the way of Lewis and get stopped early by a puncher, then be forced to change his style because of a shaky chin.

Imagine Manny Steward with this guy. I think he'd become the true #1 HW after Wladimir retires if he is able to use his size and get a trainer like Manny behind him. I know Fury and Steward never worked out, but Steward and Price maybe could.

Two best HWs of the last 2 decades:

I am not saying you are wrong, but i have only seen David price fights where he dominates.

So what evidence, clips, or past fights can you school me on to support that he has shaky chin?

And to be fair hes in the HW division. Potentially anyone could take him out with one punch.

Cammarelle in the 2008 Olympic semi-final, Stiverne in some other amateur tournament. Both KO'd him.

The Stiverne knockout was a long, long time ago. Price was a kid back then.

Apparently Pulev caught him a peach in sparring and tried to finish him but Price survived that. Says it's the hardest he's been hit since he turned pro.

I can imagine Fury needing Steward if he meets him as he will get KO'd.

I don't see why Price can't go far. He has the size, a decent amateur pedigree and seems to have some genuine clout in his fists.
If he's managed right I think he could definitely be a force in the division. And I don't think he needs Steward to do it.

Price is one of the few British heavyweights from who I would like to see him succeed.
But a lot will depend on how his chin holds up against "real" opponents.

The Harrison fight won't be a test. I expect David to win by T/KO within 2 rounds.

Wagering the house on the under in this one would not be unreasonable.
