Does this manner still apply when trying to advance and land the right hand? Say if you are out of range and you would like to step in with the jab-cross?

It seems difficult to still keep you weight back and down on that rear leg if you have to advance that same leg a half step while advancing.

What takes you Forward is your Back Foot, what takes you Back is your Front Foot. What Takes you Left is your Right Foot, what takes Right is your ls your Left Foot. While the Non Dominant Foot if you understand, gives Angels and Direction Like this, This Guy is 18 Stone. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0tfDnj4Xwy0[/ame]

So, what the answer on that guy's question? Move in first and fire the right hand when the rear foot is in place? Meaning when you can push down and pivot the rear heel, not as it moving or dragging forward??

So to break it down, the steps would be:
    1. Push off the rear foot
    2. Front foot comes forward
    3. Rear foot slides forward

    THEN

    4. Fire your jab/cross

Ok got that part. But I'm wondering if the punching is AFTER the feet move forward and are set.

Before I would try to coordinate the hands and feet together so they both moved at the same time.

It seems slower the first way.
