    I wasn't there,but I remember thinking any slim chance Ricky had went right then and there,and somehow at 8PM on the Saturday I was drugged with this gas that came out the drains or something,because for some inexplicable reason,I went into the bookies and stuck £200 on Ricky at 3/1.

    And even more remarkably,the gas/poison wore off as soon as the double cenny left my hand.
    Stranger than fiction.....but very true.

    Floyd was superb that night. Boxing clinic!Love how Hatton keeps running face first into those right hands and left hooks.Floyd elbows in close was sneaky and fabulous.

    Yeah mate, I remember the night of the fight i was in a boozer sinking a few beers and sky sports news were playing videos of Hatton hitting the bodybag and i remember basically screaming out loud something along the lines of "Hatton is gonna ****ing KILL HIM!!! You watch!" :lol:

    Happy memories really, apart from the end result of course.

    I liked the press conference when the Hatton fans were singing "there's only one Ricky Hatton" and Floyd joined in with the singing and was dancing. Best ever press conference.
