Can't help but worry about Matchroom fulfilling their Sky Contract!

More of a "nice to have" than necessity, Froch, Bellew, Brook and Frampton can all headline in sizeable venues, id say the addition of somebody like David Price for example would cap this stable off nicely, until the inevitable happens ofcourse, these guys begin to start losing fights

I think Groves was a big loss to Hearn. He thought he had it in the bag. He definitely needs another big signing.

 

I've never understood why Groves went to BoxNation. It doesn't, and still doesn't make sense. Anyone know?

 

I would have assumed he knew about ****** and the BoxNation deal. I can't quite remember the timing though

 

Wasn't it Eddie how turned the deal away in the end when he heard about GBP rights to Groves internationally?..

 

When Eddie spoke about it on Twitter, he never indicated it was about GBP. More about Frank & money.

Why would GBP having international rights over Groves effect any potential deal with Matchroom??

Because if he went to fight in the U.S it would be under there terms for starters i'd imagine.

He also still has the rights to the Lindsay - Selby fight which could headline a bill IMO.
