    Hello all, like the title suggests I'm a university student looking to make a documentary about a boxer, it's only a three minute film and I can't offer any payment but it would be good exposure. I'm looking for somebody of any level, amateur or professional, 50 fights or 1. If anybody is interested, my email address is jack_******@msn.com.

    I'm a west country boy. Been up here for about a month now as a mature student. Think I'll give that Chubbz lad a miss though, don't really want the camera nicked and sold on to pay for a solicitor against Kahn.


    Does anybody know of any gyms that might be accommodating?

    Have you tried searching on Facebook for some Birmingham gyms? I'm pretty sure the decent ones would have a page set up. If you send a personal message to them (as well as write on their wall), they'd love to help you out.

    Theres s place in the city centre called temple msrtial arts, you will find some tr
    Guys there, mainly semi pro. There are a few gyms around aswel, where bouts in brum r u ?

    Contact Fightingfitcitygym in birmingham by the BT tower they have a facebook page Niel Perkins is the MD and they are a good bunch there are 2 young boxers who work there Luke Paddock LW just about to make his pro Debut in Wolves Civic and Tommy langford LM just about to have his 2nd pro fight which is also in brum.

    @Genius, we'll need a tea boy? :lol:

    @Rico, Ive had a quick look, tried twitter briefly too. Will have a bit more of an in depth look later tonight.

    @Iron Chin, Temple martial arts sounds like a good bet. I've had a look at their website and it looks like mainly kickboxing and kung fu? I'm based just off Broad Street, near Five Ways? Haven't worked out the buses yet but I can walk most anywhere.

    @Stu, that sounds perfect. Where abouts is the BT Tower? It'd be amazing to interview either of those lads, especially if they're both just starting.
