Great interview where he speaks about his most memorable fight, the Cotto fight. Comes across as a class act and a total warrior. He talks about what was going through his mind throughout, and how he struggled through wanting to quit. The facial damage he took in that fight was scary. He made a really good point about the way he fought. He says people say he "ran" and how he doesnt engage. But he makes the good point that if brawlers COULD fight like that, they would. He simply has the ability to pull it off. They showed clips of the fight where he was pretty much clowning Cotto. ....if only he could punch! Magic man= Warrior
Heres a small clip of it.All I could find. http://www.skysports.com/video/inline/0,26691,18293_8173329,00.html
That looks good, he does good, interviews. He never had a hope against Cotto but showed tremendous heart.
always liked Paulie, engaging character and despite the lack of power, he's shown countless times he's got the heart of a lion. Definitely don't think he did himself justice in the Ricky Hatton fight and can definitely see why that loss has haunted him the most.
Just watched this, Paulies great man. Always appreciated his style and what he does in their despite his disadvantages. I was talking to someone a few weeks ago who reckons he's a bum but he's a very good boxer IMO.
