    Why is that? Isn't the evidence absolutely obvious? Why has the WBA not issued a NC?

    Because he passes the tests for that fight. Don't matter if he failed tests for another fight.

    He admitted he took the pills before the first fight
    Doctors bull**** letter confirmed this

    Walks free because nothing came up in the first test (which was different to the test which caught the sly motherf*cker)

    Boxing is ****ed. The IBF is run by ******s.

    He was caught by a test for the rematch, and verbally admitted to cheating as well in the first. A verbal admission is not a failed test, and thus the result stays.

    so should any fight where a guy admits something later be reversed?

    not trying to start and argument but if you reverse his fight with Khan wouldnt you just have to go down the record books of other fighters

    Peterson took a PED, morales didn't and his sample was so small that it is very possible it is due to food contamination, the same way Berto's failed drug test

    Boxing is completely ridiculous. I mean seriously what a thug sport. That whole Washington title fight was a joke. First Peterson scores a very controversial win over khan. Then it turns out that some IBF representative was allowed to talk to the judges in between rounds. The IBF claims he wasn't working for them that night. He claims he was simply correcting a scoring error but never gives a good explanation on what he was doing there in the first place. The WBC calls bull****, strips Peterson of their title and gives it back to Khan. Then Peterson gets busted for a steroid and his defense is I was taking it before the last fight. But the IBF and the Washington commission never makes a statement. The contest is never ruled a no contest, neither commission acts like they care and Peterson is still to this day the WBC champion. Honestly people if you're not able to connect the dots on this one you should get you're IQ checked. You may be eligible for government assistance...

    BINGO!

    They didn't test for synthetic, just the ratio. He admitted he beat the test. He admitted that he lied on the pre-fight disclosure by not revealing he took a banned substance. Nevada advised/recommended to the DC commission they declare the fight a "no contest" after Nevada investigated the circumstances.

    DC=DamedCorrupt.

    Nevada offering any advice on this subject is hilarious to me given the ease with which one can comply with or get around their own dumb T/E ratio limit.
