I will say Sky Sports were pissing me off at the end. There are a number of people they had there tonight who are underrating Devon Alexander.
I see it as a close fight, but Alexander has shown plenty of holes where Brook has also but is not a finished article and improving. It will good for us fans and see it being a decision not sure where yet till i watch Devon against Bailey.
yada yada yada first off dumb ****... youre butt hurt because you assume im a bradley fan. bradley was shameless ducking khan and i said it 100 times. so lets point the finger and say " but but but but he did it with khan" :-( heres an idea, how about set an example once in a while and just prove your the best...we all know its not far fetched for KB to go out and win 1 of the 8 "titles" that are out there.... big deal. and thanks for pointing out "ELIMINATOR" like it means a ****ing thing, like its supposed to give credit for beating a guy when you are a 12-1 favorite :rofl. I guess Povetkin gets 100% credit for destroying a shot to **** zombie Rahman, because he was more than an ELIMINATOR, he was a MANDATORY. atsch
Everyone seems to be underrating him really. He's far from as bad as people are saying. Don't get me wrong, he's not elite, but he would have too much for Brook IMO.
I must say i thought that too, it will be a close fight, but Bailey could still land one of his hell marys yet.
Aye, interested to see his bout tonight. He will outbox and possibly stop Bailey though. The one problem for Brook at the moment is, he seems to admire his work too much. He throws shots and stays there for a millisecond too long. Alexander is fast, has good movement, is southpaw and potshots...he also does plenty of holding. Not a good matchup for Brook IMO. But we'll see.
Would not give you the time of day, where i'm from when you start needlessly name calling and being abusive you have lost the argument.:hi::hi::hi: Grow up!
They're underestimating him entirely to be fair. He isn't that best but he has experience against some dangerous opponents and more technical fighters than Brook does.
His Chin is bad. We have seen that against Quali a few years ago. Brooks easy win was not really surprising. I think, a guy like Provodnikov would be enough to beat Brook.
Sky Sports have a habit of underating opponents for their favoured british fighters to be fair, and it's been going on a long time. You'd think they might have learned by now. They don't seem to realise that there can be a huge, huge gulf in class between a contender like Saldivia and a guy like Alexander.
