More Hassan N'Dam Less Devon Alexander: Lets Reward OUR Warriors

    This thread is for embracing the warriors of the sport.... I don't want HBO/Showtime/GBP/TRP wasting our time with chumps like devon alexander who show up and stink up the joint. Devon Alexander will probably move on to headline a showtime/hbo card that will be terrible. Meanwhile a WARRIOR Hassan N'dam who fought his heart out & showed tremendous toughness (and is still pretty raw) we will never hear from or see again in all likely hood.

    Dude will probably have 2-3 more fights in france and thatll be the last we hear of him.


    Use this thread to appreciate the warriors of our sport like Hassan N'Dam who are under appreciated and fight their asses off!

    devon a is a ***** and just fights to keep the fight wide.... he never puts his foot on the pedal or even cares too

    Oh yeah,great performance from him.I had him winning on rounds going into the last round(6-5) and he was winning the last round before going down again.And those were proper,clean knockdowns that he was getting up from,too.Ridiculous at how easy it was for Quillin to time him with that hook.

    dude is insanely raw... mostly going off raw talent...

    + tremendous jab
    + TOUGH!!!!

    - loves to brawl a little too much
    - loopy hooks



    if he came to the states and got a proper trainer he'd have a solid career

    You show an extreme hate and bias against Alexander. That you would blame him for that fight, when Bailey only threw two punches a round is ridiculous. lol

    there is a big difference though...


    Bailey TRIED TO fight... he was incapable because of his skillset

    Devon A NEVER tried to fight.. dude just prances around from the outside and fights like a *****... DA could have EASILY punished Bailey tonight but he fights like a ***** and its always like that with him

    Face the facts, the only fight that Alexander will EVER have that is not a stinker is the one where he gets knocked the **** out.

    No more televised fights with him please - dude is a stinker.

    I like this thread and completely agree, I hope he doesn't go away.

    And some guys shouldn't be televised only because they have belts. Alexander is a waste of time and money for all involved.

    Its not Devons fault. He has poor timing, has no idea how to estimate range and no idea about punch placement.

    Quillin is a natural fighter. He had no Am experience yet has great natural boxing prowess.

    Devon is an athlete playing boxer.

    Ndam was freaking awesome in there, wow! Olusegun deserves praise here as well. I want to see both of them fight again soon.

    To anyone blaming Alexander for a dull fight, how about this:

    Guess what? If Alexander threw twice as many punches as he did, the fight would have still sucked. If Bailey would have thrown twice as many punches as he did, the fight would have been much better.

    Is that a Keanu Reeves-esque "woah..." moment or what?

    Alexander was one of the most hated fighters in boxing going INTO the fight. That will certainly get worse, but I suspect most of the people who especially blame him more than Bailey are those who considered him one of their least fav boxers before the fight.
