Nelson had a nightmare last night, it was painful to listen to. Whenever Kell Brook fights again on Sky, they need to give Nelson the night off. He just goes off on a monologue of gushy, biased hype everytime Brook fights, last night's lording of Brook as the next coming (based on knocking over that journeyman-type title eliminator opponent with a jab) was a **** take. It is the punditry version of Richie Woodhall's all out cheerleading 'commentary' of the Team GB boxers in the Olympics.

Yafai looks very good, but the next Roy Jones - please STFU. Sky need to up their game, they cannot continue with this blanket delusional hype.

 

Yeah it's getting a bit ridiculous now. Is it so much to ask for a bit of objective commentary and analysis? TBF at least McCrory took the **** out of the Roy Jones comment, but after the Brook fight anyone would think it was performance of the century the way everyone was going on about it, and he hadn't just beaten an Argie equivalent of a TTG. And I'm fed up of hearing about ****ing nutritionists and all that - maybe he looked better against Saldivia than he did against Jones because... Jones is a better ****ing fighter.

 

Agree about Jones being a better fighter.Suggest another Jones for Kell.The one they were talking about last year_Mike.And I think he would be Kells toughest so far and not the pushover some might think.As far as Yafai goes,just watched him again,IMO very impressive.So far hes been very active which I think is good and if he does fight Booth,and wins,cant see it being long before hes up there with the others,who lets face it,havent been very active.He might catch em up quickly at that rate.
