Morales: As shot a fighter as you're going to see.

Morales and his team have no one to blame but themselves. He needs to realize that it wasn't for the lack of courage, but when Father Time says, "That's it," then that is it. I've said it once and I'll say it again. No fighter can defeat Father Time. Sadly, this is what it took for Morales to realize that he is done as a world-class fighter. I hope he is o.k. since he didn't look too well in the post-fight interview. I'm hoping it's more his pride than anything else.

 

It hurt me watching him in there. He had nothing to offer. His body language at the start gave it away. He didn't believe in himself.

 

Danny Williams is about the shottest fighter today.

Morales has been shot since he was like 29...he should've retired after the Raheem beating.

 

this is how I thought the first fight would go, but Danny was fighting all timid. Danny seemed to learn from this fight and gotten better to beat Khan and blow out Morales

How do you think RJJ fans have felt for the last 6-7 years!

 

Credit to him for making a comeback and some good fights within that. But he is seriously shot and should never be in a ring again. I don't even think he should take a finale in Tijuana no matter what bum they line him up against, he has nothing at all left to prove to anybody, how about a farewell parade instead?

 

No 140 fighter would have taken that shot and survive ,that left hook was Tyson like.
