Do you prefer a one sided fight that displays a fighter's amazing performance against an over matched opponent? Ex. Ali-Williams, Whitaker-Ramirez, Pacquiao-Cotto, Mayweather-Corrales, Tyson-Berbick.

    or

    Do you like watching a competitive match, whether it be a chess-match or an all-out war? Ex. Ali-Frazier, Gatti-Ward, Vazquez-Marquez, McCallum-Toney, Whitaker-McGirt.

ofcourse 2 way battles unless the one who gave that one sided beating is one of my all time fav.

and sometimes there is a mix of the 2. Like other days fight N'Dam vs Quillin.

2 way battle surely where both fighters leave with credibility. This is particularly true after a war. Mismatches are far too common and not as exciting, although id appreciate the skill of the dominant fighter

I don't see the point in a total mismatch. It bores me.
