as you of course havnt heard that holly holm regarded as the best female fighter in the world at the moment.is fighting mary jo sanders.

now as you may know mary even though holds a middlewieght title she is a welterwieght or at least light middle for aher frame.

this is a big match and i am surprised only now after someone made a thing on the front page about it did anyone seem to talk about it.

there is a rumour that sanders is moving down to light middle and holly is moving up. instead of jo going the whole full 14 pounds down to welter (which she prolly could do)

    your thoughts

THe only Female boxer I keep track of is Carina Moreno who is based in Watsonville (where I live) and is the reigning Minumweight champ.

yeah anythign above 135 turns to a very weak divisions.

    yet it's always
    laila ali
    mary jo sanders
    holly holm
    mia st john

    are good but nothing exceptional.

yet people who are incredibly talented but dont have the stunningness of the others are almost always out of the picture.

jamie clampitt is my fav. great slick little fighter moves very fluidly and has very good handspeed. and always goes to war if the other girl brings it. but will never get the apreciation becuase she isnt a looker

carina moreno whould be thought of as the best female fighter to date but holm is always on espn and fights at a wieght thats recognisable (welterwieght)...and that carina looks a bit like carlos maussa. where as holly holm is...prettyish not stunning but a pretty girl.

this is what female boxing is at the moment.

Ali and Wolf are both retired and wont ever fight again.
Ward has nobody to compete with, basically is #1 ranked by walkover..

Ragosina is the p4p best in world right now.

Sanders is a good athlete but can't crack an egg.
Holm is protected by her home arena.

I saw Wendy Rodriguez box Moreno's sox off. Moreno is just a brawler. Wendy has alot of appeal too.

There are alot of very talented youngsters like Vanessa Juarez but will anybody want to see them on TV?

Ragosina vs. China girl will be a great matchup but wont be televised in US. And the Lukasik v. Salandy fight will help sort out who's the next best Middleweight, but again, no coverage in US.
