That should have been very little because I read it wrong thinking he was trying to gain strength.

i judge strength in comparison with bodyweight
so i find wat i do on thursday is better for strength
but with making weight in boxing i could never do weights out of fear of gaining it
so really the weights are just to see wat they're like
n i find weight trainin fun

Like I've said before; weight is 100% nutrition, lifting weights dictates how much of that weight will be muscle.

theres loadsa different theories most proven wrong
    • lose flexibility thats wrong
    • builds muscle slowing you down (debatable)
    • wears down joints

lose flexibility thats wrong - Only if you don't stretch.

builds muscle slowing you down (debatable) - Only if you stop training speed.

wears down joints - Lifting weights strengthens joints.

cool...I'm just saying I find it hard to believe you do a total of 5,000 reps for the same muscle group in one workout.

You mind telling me your weight as you go through this training. Cause it seems you do a lot of 45min+ endurance training.(Almost daily) Obviously your nutrition counts a lot related to your weight, but considering you work out so hard i can assume you dont fuel yourself on Pepsi&Fast food.
