Who would win Garcia-Rios?

Toe to toe Rios would be the busier man but Matthysse's body work is really good and I believe that's the key to beating Rios, focus on his body. As of right now I can't pick a winner.

 

You picked Rios to beat Garcia yet Garcia has a far better body attack and is one of his best assets. I dont think you know what your talking about.

garcia punches too wide and wont deal with the size, stregth, power, or pressure rios applys. Garcia should fight alvarado.

 

This is the fight everyone wants to see at light-welter because we all want to see Danny up against it from a hard hitting pressure fighter. Garcia needs to step it up. Zab Judah in January is a joke. I know he's young and still learning his trade but I want to see him in the deep end before I start raving about the lad. Maidana operates better at 140 than 147 and as people have mentioned Lucas Matthysse would be good opposition too. Both Golden Boys.

 

Golden boy wants to build up the next puerto rican star. Soo theyre gonna pamper him till he gets a huge puerto rican following. Then theyre gonna make him fight canelo alvarez for the big mega fight between a mexican and a puerto rican.

 

Damn interesting fight. I would not bet on it.

 

Rios beats a C level guy who's tailor made for him cause all the guy does is brawl and beats the C level guy after losing 11 of 12 rounds to an unknown in his previous fight and the reuslt is he gets hyped on here. people are suckers for exciting fighters. reminds me of when idiots were claiming gatti would beat mayweather. rios is not beating anyone at danny's level. Garcia- easy work. he can actually box.

 

Rios is horrifically over-rated. His biggest asset (his chin) will be his undoing in time.

We're yet to see how Garcia reacts when he faces adversity though, and he would definitely face it at some point in this fight.
