alright so i've provided a few options. personally i have a feeling that Price will be one of the better prospects, but many of them have potentional. i like Wilder, i think fury can make it, mitchel isn't bad but i don't think he'll be as succesful as the guys above. A few strong polls coming up... and a few others. who do you think will make it... there could be a few of them that will be at the top so you can choose a few options. i'll bump this thread up a year or two years from now (if i am still an active poster). sorry if i left anybody out.
IDK. if he avoids Wlad, MAYBE.... But I don't think he will avoid Wlad, and I also don't think he will be same after the beatdown he receives in that fight
Helenius(if he stays injury-free), Price, Perez and Boystov( if they fight more often), Szpilka and Mago
I can't see any of them beating Wlad. The only ones I would give a chance of beating Vitali are: Price - looks the most likely with his size, power and style but his chin is still a BIG question mark. Fury - has the size and skills to make it awkward for an old Vitali imo. His defense and fitness are improving too. Wilder - like the above two fighters has the size and power to but seems very raw still despite having 25 odd fights (probably due to his terrible opposition). If he can tighten up then he could be competetive. The rest are either too small, slow and/or lack the skills to beat even a 40 year old Vitali imo. If he shed about 100lbs Andy Ruiz could be a top cruiserweight.
Once the KBro's retire all 5 belts will be exchanged between different fighters after almost every fight... Possibly every guy on that list coulm win a belt, take back to their country and defend it against bums until losing it to someone else and the cycle repeats... I think at some point Price will emerge as the best of them all and maybe get two belts... No unified champ for at least a decade...
Mago easily ..great puncher with a good chin . i know he got knocked down in his last fight , but he came back very quikly .
I see hope for Price, Helenius, Mitchell, Pulev and potentially Wilder. In this order. They're all reasonably talented with their respective weaknesses. Those who will eliminate their weaknesses will succeed. E.g. if Helenius manages to work on his stamina and work-rate he could become a real force. If Wilder becomes a smoother boxer and has a better-than-glass chin (which we don't know yet) then he could become something. Everything's possible.
I would love to see Helenius fight Price , Price looks like he's a better boxer ,but Helenius hits hard and Price is british .
