    merchant liked the pre baldomir floyd....it was after the baldomir fight, that he started hating on floyd for not finishing or even trying to finish baldomir, even steward was like if it was tommy he would have taken baldo outta there whereas floyd cruised to an easy UD



    thats when the beef started

    Even during Floyd's ring entrance for the Baldo fight, Merchant was already hating.

    Zab Judah is just as big a piece of dirt as Floyd. During the Tszyu fight he tossed his stool and choked the ref. During the Mayweather fight he low blows and starts a brawl. Then there is his trash talking. Remember, after one of his fights when he was acting like a jerk and said "F you, I'm from Brooklyn!" You don't have to be a racist to not like this guy.

    Merchant ain't racist though, he was hyping Tyson like crazy back in the day. And more recently he said "Shane Mosley I LOVE YOU" afteer Shane stopped Mayorga :

    Hopkins is up there too. Even when Merchant was ostensibly doing a tribute to Bernard before the Pascal rematch he was still marginalizing his wins and emphasizing his losses.
