its a good choice i think because if he goes with vitaly its gonna b like a team learning a whole new offense. if he sticks the with a team member then hopefully with the knowledge manny passed along he can still set them up to succeed .

Vitaly is not even allowed into Vlad's training camp.

Because Wlad worked 8 years with Emanuel Steward and Banks was very close to Steward.

    :good

When Wlad starts working with Steward after his defasting loss Vitali gave a **** about his brother, he did not help him, he said he should quit boxing.

Emanuel Steward was the only person who believed in Wlad. At the earier days Emanuel Steward was at fight camp from the beginning.

Over the years Wlad trained the first weeks alone (with Bashir) for the basics and Emanuel comes in for the last 4 weeks.

Wlad does not want to change his boxing philosophie and this is very good.

Banks will coach Wlad with Emanuel Steward in there hearts.

VK got political **** goin. Wlad needs a trainer who'll be around whenever he needs and 100% focused on him. Probably better he ain't choose his brother.

Vitali told Wlad he should quit.

But Wlad didn“t and from this time he goes his own way.

And Wlad will continue doing this.

Banks is the right call. Wlad needs to stay as close the the system he knows (as boring as it is) as he can. If he wants to change later to another trainer that's fine, but changing in the middle of camp is always a bad idea. This is going to be mentally stressful enough as it is, no reason to add more tension.

No reason for changing anything. Wlad would be a complete idiot if he change his stye. Boxing is not about going risk, it is about winning fights.

    Wladimir is The Champ.

The contender have to go risk, not the Champion. The Champion have to defend!!!!! his title. This word says how it goes. Defend the title!

Banks is scheduled to fight Mitchell on the 17th. Juggle much? But I imagine he's getting some training in as well.

Sounds like Wlad will be training himself for this one, and he wants Banks as a guy he can trust in the corner come fight night.

because brothers need their personal space and don't like taking orders from eachother.

i have an older bro and those days of him trying to tell me what to do have been long gone since i was a teen.

Think it's a good move by Wlad. Vitali has all his politics going on which has the potential to be a big distraction.

I'm interested to see how Wlad comes out in his next fight, just wondering whether the loss of Manny will fire him up or could it affect him

Vitali has been campaigning hard during the length of Wlad's camp.
