Rios maybe. I wanted Manny to end on a high note against a well-rounded opponent before fighting Mayweather, and that looked like it was going to be the case against Bradley, but that got all ****ed up, and I don't see things ending well against Marquez. Even though the dynamic against Floyd and the dynamic against JMM are different, it still helps to go into the fight with more confidence against a defensively sound fighter and less aging. Rios at the least would test his ability to do what he used to against determined pressure fighters.

Anyone saying Rios, a 140 pounder who just moved up from 135, hopefully is saying that only because they think promotional issues will get in the way. Matthysse and Garcia are 5X better fights than Rios.

If he wins than Bradley rematch. Followed by final push to Matweather.

If he loses than retire to full time politics

Likely, he'd take out Bradley. Maybe Mayweather at the tail-end, but doubtful.

Afterwards, he should probably just retire on a good note.

He should fight Floyd Mayweather but very unlikely. He looks shot to be honest.

Actually Cotto turned him down because they could not agree on a weight. Pacquiao wanted a 144 catchweight and Cotto would not go below 150. It's a different scenario now since Cotto is a free agent he has people negotiating on his behalf for the best situation rather than Arum lining up a bunch of drained fighters for Pacquiao to fight. It would be an interesting fight at 150. Read my take on this here

Me too or at 150 but it won't happen as I said in my article here Pacquiao won't go above welterweigt and only in favourable circumstances, otherwise it's catchweight below 145 and Cotto is a free agent so he won't do that anymore.

Rios to make him look great again then retire. Retire after Marquez may be the best option. Its obvious we won't get the Manny of '06-'09 again no matter how hard he tries to regain that glory. No shame in looking bad against Marquez again and just retiring from there putting family & politics first.
