Styles make fights. Marquez footwork, familiarity and durability, combined with his physical stature will always make a difficult fight until his legs are gone. Bradley is highly underrated. He has one of the best aggressive defenses in the sport and is highly versatile. His negative is his punching mechanics. But I have not seen any fighter look good against Bradley, but I have seen one fighter beat him, and clearly, despite what the judges scorecard may suggest.
So he can't knock out the smaller old Marquez that has been hurt before against much lesser opponents, but he'll knock out a better fighter with better defense?
Marquez has no bearing on a Mayweather fight. A bump would be irrelevant. I do not go along with "group think."
there is a reason y pac never fought guys like guzman back in the day. that type of style would not benefit his own. floyd would be in front of him the whole nite making it much easier for pac to land on him
This is a very linear argument. I would suggest you familiarize yourself with Bogotozo's very thoroughly written thread and educated yourself on the differences between each fighter. You will learn something about the sport.
Guzman could have potentially been a more difficult fight than Mayweather. Guzman is smaller or just as small as Pacquaio. He would have an easier time ducking under Pacquaio's punches. And if you suggested Pacquaio ducked Guzman or his management did, perhaps you're right. That's a very risky fight.
Go into that thread, and read the discussion I had with Bogo. You will learn something about the sport.
Did you or did you not say that Mayweather was going to walk Cotto down and stop him? End of argument.
guzman is actually bigger than pac. floyds legs r gone. whatever legs pac has now would make floyd vulnerable look all the opponents floyd has faced recently. none of them have active legs. they r stationary targets
Bit immature, He has stated his opinion and backed it up. He has no reason to die because he dosnt share the same opinion as some moron on the web. I dont agree with him, but he is allowed an opinion and backed it up - allowing for a debate on his points that he made. Dickhead :good
You are already confused about the sport. You were stating that Mayweather would walk down Cotto when it is widely known by educated posters that Cotto has an excellent jab, and that type of gameplan would work in Cotto's favor. Mayweather's best option was to box Cotto, and to force him to be the aggressor.
Mayweather does everything better than JMM, hes also bigger than him as well. I wouldnt be surprised if Cotto performs better against Mayweather than Pacqiao
Always great to argue with a guy using hindsight in his favour I have another thread, about how Cotto could best handle Mayweather, read that one and see how much of that I was on point with.
Again, please read Bogotozo's thread on this for clarification. This does not merit re-discussion. This has been discussed in length.
