Their silence was probably because it was close. It's what everybody has been saying, could've gone either way.

Yes it was a very close fight and it could have gone either way...

JMM fans were leaning towards him while PAC fans agrees to the decision... It's natural. You'll get over it....

:hey You forgot JMM on his back!

    Robbery, rubbish.

Close fight in which the KD made the difference. IMO Manny had Marquez hurt many times while Marquez landed clean counters that looked pretty:D

I had JMM winning by 4 and I gave the 9th to Pacquiao just being kind it couldve been more. He beat his ass all night aside from rounds 3 and 10.

TV. Pay-per-view, mate. Here at my house. Alot of people are here right now as I type this, still talking about the fight. I'm still gonna watch it with my dad later as the Pay-per-views here are shown the whole day. We thought it was a close fight and were still not sure who won. So we're gonna watch it again. But again, we never thought it was a robbery. We thought it was a VERY close fight that couldve gone eithery way.

But anyway, I don't know man, I'm just sad that people here in ESB are calling this a robbery when its an otherwise a GREAT fight and a candidate for FOTY. I guess alot people are so much into the idea that Pac can only win fights if he KO's them. They don't believe that Pac can actually win some rounds. I'm at a shock that people never mentioned Pac's straight left accurately hitting JMM throughout the fight, then I noticed some improvement on his counter-punching as well.

I dont know man. Its just sad.

I had it 114 113 to Pac. that knock down gave 1 point ahead.
First round i gave it to Marquez, altho now i cant remember what happen in round 1 so must rewatch the fight since the judge gave it to Pac.

Last round i gave it to Marquez...

i dont think it was a robbery

it is irritating how you internet boxing nerds are quick to call it a robbery when the technically superior fighter doesn't win a decision. really, all three judges' scorecards fell in an acceptable range of scores. it was nowhere near the kind of robbery that has happened in the past, i.e. lewis holyfield 1 or casamayor santa cruz.

If you don't want to lose decisions dont get knocked down early, it poisoned the judges minds. That said I had it 114-113 Pac with JMM winning the 12th round

Casamayor v. Santa Cruz was a definite robbery. I've noticed posters on ESB tend to lean slightly towards technically superior fighters fighters.
