    fought very bad. You already saw threads in here how unbelievably **** he is... We'll see if he can get back into form, basing his talent or potential on one fight after a long layoff is idiocy

    Awful. He couldn't keep a little, fat, limited 40-year-old off him.

    Helenius has now well and truly been exposed. He carries a punch and probably has a good chin, but I can't think of anything else positive to say about him.

    I liked that overhand right that Williams landed in the 8th I think. Helenius is just a hype job.

    This is about right.

    He also looked like he still wanted to BE on that sofa. He didn't seem very interested in actually fighting.

    Terrible. Very low work rate and was actually rocked heavily by a 40 year old, fat williams.

    The height difference was crazy.
