I watched that one they put on ITV2 and had to laugh, one of them asked what they could do to make him cry, and someone said "Put in a Klitschko".

This just epitomises all that Haye is about.

Should be in the lounge btw.

It shows that Haye can laugh at himself, enjoy his celebrity status and nothing more. Loads of sports stars do other tv shows, so why cant boxers? Fair play to him I say.

Whilst I agree, I think he should at least wait till his career has finished. Instead of wishing to be a z-list British celeb, he could actually be fighting.

People getting far too pissy and opionated about his appearance on this. It's just a TV show - if he wants to participate, so what?

Because he is an incredibly inactive boxer who could make a division that has become somewhat boring in the last few years alot more interesting.

Still don't have that much opinion its not like hed be fighting anyway the lazy ****.

I used to think the same way but he's not in the game to be the best that he can be, or to achieve the status of a hall of famer or legend. He's more businessman than fighter. These days it's just all about making as much money as possible while doing as little work as possible. He's spoken about getting out of the game with his health intact, and I completely understand his choice. If I was a pro, I would probably feel the same way. I look at the speech of certain legendary boxers and think "****in hell, he's brain damaged, how can they let him fight?". Haye is making a smart choice by being so inactive. Having said that, it's the same reason why I'm not a fan of him. In fact, I think a lot of his fans are mugs. One of my favorite fighters is Brandon Rios. When I see the punishment he takes......:-( I worry for his long term health. Sometimes the price to pay to be loved by the fans is very high.

Haye being on I'm a celeb? Nothing much wrong with it but it makes him look trashy and cheap (which some would argue he is tbf). It makes him look an attention *****, like Katie Price. It's a show associated with Z-listers and has beens. People who are famous for being in **** poor pop groups, famous for getting their tits out, etc. Lionel Messi, or Sergio Martinez, or Roger Federer etc would not be associated with trashy shows. Haye is not on their level, but he's still a world class athlete who is not yet retired, but he has chosen to be associated with trash. To me, it's not surprising that Haye is on that show.

It does **** me off sometimes, seeing athletes in the news for reasons other than their sport. Usain Bolt is talking about playing for Manchester united, and opening a restaurant with Gordon Ramsey? **** off, and stick to sprinting, you lanky twat. I'm only interested in his running. **** everything else. Flintoff is appearing on documentaries? **** off Freddie, you're no Attenborough. You're no comedian either. I have no problems with him boxing though. Then you have Olympians and cricketers appearing on strictly come dancing. The country is foolish. People go all wide eyed and start busting a nut over this. This celebrity obsessed culture. "Oh did you hear that usain Bolt is a man u fan?" Shieeeeeeeet, if everyone was like me and showed no interest, shows like I'm a celeb would not exist. Kardashians would be working a regular 9 to 5.

Smart business move by david. If i was him i would do exactly the same cash in now on everything he can. Boxing is not a long term good move he should make as much money as he can and then retire before his health is too badly affected. No one will give a **** about him 5 years after he retires, he needs to look after number 1.

Mayweather has done it, sergio has done it. I dont see the problem

Having that Helen Flanagan on his team is not going to help Haye at all when it comes to eating a good meal.

She is likely to be picked every day to do a trial and probably lose the lot ... rice and beans can only take you so far !!

Haye to kick off within a week due to starvation !
