Margarito is a rare breed... Tony is not like the average man. He has a high pain tolerance and he always wants to go out on his shield. He would of got pissed if Robert would of threw in the towel.. Quitting is never an option for Margarito... That's worse than getting knocked out cold.. I appreciate these qualities because they are the ultimate sacrafice... Tony will always have my respect for going out half dead in the 9th against Mosley and going the full 12 against Pac with a broken orbital bone... He's a legend in my eyes for those 2 fights... even though they were both brutal defeats, he fought until the end. He was ready to lay out to rest in the ring..

The only thing this thread proves is there are a bunch of pretenders here who have never boxed.
The first thing that your coach will teach you is how to punch, that is how to put great momentum and snap on your punches.

Anybody who knows how to punch properly who have seen that fight will see very clearly that Pac was pulling his punches from rounds 10 onwards and was signalling the ref to stop the fight.

He did the same thing with Cotto. By the end of the fight Pac was feelin sorry for him. Just a polite guy I guess. That and he mighta been tired.

 

Pacquaio is a very cool guy. His job is to take you out. However, if the ko isn't coming, and the fight is just a prolonged one sided beating without the other guy going down then Pac finds it in bad taste to keep beating on the other guy. He did this with DLH and Cotto too.

 

Do *******s take some kind of weird comfort out of the fact PAC showed "compassion" for Margarito? Does it make him a nice guy or something? What a bunch of weirdos
