I hear Wladimir usually enter camp at around 105kgs.

How the **** is he 112kgs ripped at the end of an 8-10 week training camp?

He always shrinks inbetween fights. Hope Chef can answer how much calorie surplus Wlad is at daily, it must be near ridiculous.

His brother is a different species alltogether, he enters camp around fightweight, whereas Wladimir basically baloons up to 110-112kgs from approx 105.

It's an amazing feat, even (if) he was on banned substances.

Maybe he doesn't lift when he's not in camp? I know when I don't lift for a while I'll shrink and start to drop weight, even if I seem to eat about the same amount of food. Also if I drop weight I don't really look as ripped for some reason, and look much more ripped/ better at a higher weight.
I'm sure he does consume a crazy amount of calories in camp. Steward said he'd train something like 3 times a day or more if you'd let him.

If you've ever lifted in your life, you'd know that putting on that amount of weight for an already in shape lad like Wlad, is damn near impossible. It took me a solid 2 years to put on 15-20lbs of relatively good weight, Wladimir does it in 10 weeks, when he enters camp in shape already.

Yes, I know what you're saying.

Still, 6kgs in 10 weeks is quite amazing, you can ask anyone with a weight lifting background.

He must have a mesomorph body type which enables him to quickly lose/gain weight and muscle mass.

Yeah Wlad himself has said that when he doesn't train he loses weight quite quickly.

If you ever lifted in your life you would also know about muscle memory.
If Wlad ever had a very muscular physique (like earlier in his career when he almost looked like a bodybuilder under szdunek for example) its much easier to regain that muscle.

I can regain about 15lb in 3 months when i havent lifted in a long time quite easily and thats without the help of a expert training program + a chef.
Now when i reached that previous peak id need another year to think about 10lb.

Wlad does gain some weight in camp. He only lifts weights at the beginning of camp.

It's a combination of perfecting training camp over the last 8-9 years, the proper food (thanks to CHEF), and muscle memory.

and it took me 6 month to gain 35 pounds just by lifting, drinking mass gainers and eating lot's of food. Maybe your routine or diet sucks or maybe you drink or do other unhealthy things. Or maybe you're very young, I had difficulty gaining muscle when I was in my 20s. It become a lot easier in 30s.

No, I did not gain weight with gainers, only thing I take is protein and pre-workout supplements.

Regardless, your 35lbs is basically water mass and fat, to a great deal. Wladimir on the other hand, goes from a cut 105kg lad to a very cut 112kg athlete in the short span of 10 weeks. The amount of good weight he puts on in that short span, most of us can only dream of achieving.
